FINALLY BACK FROM PAHANG!!
woke up after an IMBA 18 hours of sleep!
and i managed to skip dinner :D
haha
pahang was much worse off then pulua ubin but then again it was FUN too!
the 9 hours train ride there was unbelievable
every second equivalent to a minute!
super duper long
and everyone was playing cards
haha
learnt tai ti on my way there
and all of us, plus some V11 ppl were cracking jokes and playing mind games
:D christal and desiree were super funny, just didn't get the mind games.
got one hour of sleep in the train and the train toilet was super duper dirty!
by the time we got to the hotel which was like a 5 minutes walk from the train station everyone was shagged
the two star hotel wasn't as bad as what we expected.
at least they had proper beds and stuff
there were like 11 of us in the apartment with 3 rooms
first night was super tiring though.
everyone took turns to bathe and i managed to pull off the water tapknob:D
super hilarious can.
water was like spraying everywhere
i was turning the knob when it just came off
luckily they repaired the knob the next day
all of us slept in the living room after realising that the 3 aircons in the rooms were not working and the only air-con working was the one in the living room
me and li hui were laughing like crazy while waiting for our hair to dry
over the water tap knob thing and laughing the whole house down :D
went liesl almost tripped over the fan, li hui thought the ceiling fan fell down and we were laughing crazily over that
in the end we got only 1 hour of sleep ><
the next day was water activites and we went on the bus and then on a truck to this lagoon place for water rafting
the tug of war was super funny!
manu just can't believe that he lost to us and he kept asking

coz he thought he was going forward and we thought we were going backwards and he was about to clap his hands when he realised he lost haha
the water tap was repaired when we went back to bathe
yi tong and christal were doing their worm aerobics in their sleeping bags in the hotel room
and everyone went to sleep laughing
Kimberly woke me up the next morning at 6.15 when we were supposed to gather at 7
and everyone was still sleeping
i was asking her why everyone was still sleeping and she said everyone refused to get up, that was how tired all of us were!
haha
after packing one set of clothes and our sleeping bags for the night in the cave, we went down for breakfast
we had to do this food cheer before we ate our food and on that day, the cheer was rilli dead coz everyone was too shagged haha
grp 1 and half of grp 2 left first and the rest of us sprayed loads of insect repellant and medicated oil after they left
then on the bus there, most ppl were just sleeping and i think we played tai ti
the guide explain to us about the oil palm plantation and ignatius got bitten by a leech!
the first person to get bitten :D
the leech was like super small and black
looks like a worm
and its super disgusting
Instructor: wah so fast get bitten by leech, haven't even enter the jungle. Can go and buy 4D liao.
V12 boarded the same jeep and all of us were spraying insect repellant and applying medicated oil on the jeep
we sang the school and song and cheered along the ride there
and marian banged her head 5 times.
Jungle treking wasn't that bad
coz me jordana, christal and min lin didn't get bitten by the leeches
we went to two caves and enan was complaining about the bat shit in the bat cave xD
lols we had to cross this broken bridge to the cave and the wood was tied together by ralpha string! super scary and dangerous
we saw loads of leeches along the way but not a lot of people in my grp got bitten
after about 3 hours? of jungle trekking, we made it back alive to the base camp
except desiree's shoe sole dropped off
then we went river walking
the river was full of stones and fallen trees and the highest water level was around waist height so it wasn't that bad
li hui and me were washing our shoes in the river and samuel was acting lame,
swimming in the river -.-
everyone was splashing and playing with water in the pond and i got wet all thanks to bernice tay! and zheng feng!
and song kai "baptised" me !!
all of our shoes were wet coz they were placed by the river
and we wore wet shoes and socks back to the base camp
all the girls changed out of our wet clothes in the hut.
after dinner, we went for the night walk.
li hui was beset by insects during the night walk.
she had like 4 leeches crawling up her shoes!
we didn't see anything much during the night walk except for glowing mushrooms and fireflies in the dark.
it was super scary when we had to off all of our torches

none of us bathe that night and we slept in a cave!
haha
didn't sleep well.
there was someone snoring in my ear and i was waiting for the person to stop snoring!
the next morning, we went for the survival training which was quite boring.
they taught us how to set traps and cook rice in the forest.
min lin found out that she got bitten by a leech! ewww...
was super duper lucky to not get bitten by a leech
went back to the hotel for lunch.
We visited the orang aslis villages and gave out donations.
the ppl there were super poor.
some didn't wear clothes and most of their clothes were torn and tattered.
they reared chickens and the only 3 english words they knew were hello, thank you and bye!
of which they used bye the most ><
we spammed loads of soap and clothes coz jordana donated one whole box of soap
the walk to the village was super long.
20+ minutes from where the bus dropped us.
and we were crapping and laughing while walking there.
walking back was just as crappy and though it was quite tiring it was super fun!

Back to the hotel, we packed our luggage and got ready to go home.
Dinner was delicious.
the best meal there.
STEAMBOAT!
most of the 12 girls sat at one table and we ate everything!
everyone was super hungry so we ate all the food.
Campfire was okay but a little boring.
selamat's performance was super funny and so was the student and instructor copy cat dance.
after debriefing we went up to pack our stuff.
there was time to bathe but everyone was too tired and lazy.
so we just lugged all our stuff down and sat down to play cards.
Manu and christal were super funny when they were playing bluff.
Christal placed her card face up and said 1 joker!
everyone's brains weren't working already at 1 am in the morning.
kimberly and I were laughing non-stop as they were playing.
we left for the train station around 2+ am and waited for the train for close to 1 hour.
Ze Hao managed to crush a giant cicida to death with his luggage :D
everyone fell asleep on the train and for the rest of the train ride we were playing cards, tai ti coz we told all our jokes on the train ride there.
took yi tong's car back home together with Qing Hui.
Lunch was great, Singapore food! :)
and I finally got to bathe after 2 days of not showering!
Missed my bed at home.
Piles of homework is waiting and i still have two more camps coming up.
Pahang was fun and we passed dhs on our way back.
DHS will be going malaysia too in june.
I'm starting to get used to VJC but its still kinda weird.
Passing DHS in a train together with VJC frens.
Missed karate this week and left with few weeks to grading ><
homework's waiting.
