Monday 18 August 2008 - :

Had Karate Grading on Saturday and Sunday! :D
Saturday was the running test at toa payoh stadium.
zzz. 5 rounds x around 700-800m which is essentially 3.5km to 4km >.<
And i haven't been running for a long long time :P
No Discount! on running :(
Met jason in the afternoon to practise a bit of kata before the running test and we ended up at toa payoh an hour early.
Went to toa payoh library to look at cute baby books which were damn retarded. haha.
Think my timing for the running test was about 17 mins. >.<
deproved man!
Sunday was the real grading.
Had to meet there at 9am, super duper early in the morning and woke up at 6.30
zzz. Was super lucky that i didn't screw up my kata! :D and passed my jumping stick too!
Sparring was pretty slack, only one girl which suited me PERFECTLY fine! hahaha!
Had to break 3 tiles. YAY! successful on first try though my hand hurts like crazy right now.

Played golf for PE todae at some driving range near Queenstown.
We saw Lee Ming Shun, Zheng Ge Ping and some other actor there! :D
So cool! haha.
Golf was quite fun though it always seemed effortless to me. haha.
The ball's freaking small and it's damn difficult to hit the tinny yellow golf ball! LOLS!

WHEE... Hoping that I can get my black belt real soon! :D

Thursday 14 August 2008 - :

Updates on NDP and rock-climbing dinner. :D
National Day celebrations were pretty unique in VJC. haha.
There was this guy holding the flag and swing down the flying fox. SUPER COOL MAN!
yepps. School ended pretty early and we went to lihui's house to "do" bio project with enan, yi meng and andrew crashing.
We pretty much slacked though we did complete some stuff and lihui's poor guitar broke. :(
haha. The whole guitar head came off coz the guitar fell onto the floor. zzz.
Went off to marina square to meet the rock-climbers for dinner at Kenny Rogers and I got suaned by loads of ppl during the whole course of dinner >.<>.< heh. or mess up all the steps.
Going out on the floating platform was super cool on the actual national day and luckily i didn't mess up the stunts and the dance steps. :D
The 5 mins of performing was fairly short and over before long, just before the rain started to get heavier.
Was quite nostagic at the end of the performance and we took loads of pictures back at the flyer.
Went for dinner with the some of the cheerleading guys and lihui at suntec and we were planning on catching the fireworks, but sadly we missed it :(
Reached home just in time to catch the Singapore team and China team marching in. *sharp contrast* and also Yao Ming standing beside the little boy hahaha!
Wohoo! USA trashed China by 31 points :D
Fell asleep in the middle of the ceremony so I missed the fireworks.
Having karate grading this sat and sun!
Super screwed man.
Skipped the last training due to seniors farewell and haven't learnt all the katas. haha.
Hoping that I wouldn't lag for the running test and prays that it wouldn't rain.
Or else 1000 front kicks would be lethal!
Yesterday's 2nd lesson of coaching's crazy!
My arms feels like falling off and I got my first flapper!
Its super disgusting. haha.

Monday 4 August 2008 - :

NDP preview on Saturday was pretty screwed.
heh.
First time that i screwed up the stunts at the show :(
Probably because i missed the last NE show and haven't been doing stunts for 3 weeks.
Oh well, National Day's this saturday!
Finally the last performance. haha :)
No more of that ugly yellow blue outfit after this sat!
Have some pictures of the super cool black knights stunts in my phone but will probably upload it some other time.
Went to sakura at orchard after the performance with lihui, Ms Ng and some other cheerleading guys.
The food there's damn nice but the price is super expensive.
The cheerleading guys were super lame at the restaurant, (bet Ms Ng would never want to go out with us again). haha.
Karate Grading's next sat and sun! ~~~AHHH...
Haven't been running for a long long time so i really hope that i wouldn't screw up the running test >.<
P.S. If you are planning to watch the NDP performance on tv, not sure whether the cheerleading part will be screened, but the easiest way to look for me and lihui is to see two girls who screws up. haha. jk lars. :D
